Interconnected Vision Support Plans: As a Rocket IT client, you will pay a flat monthly fee for easy budgeting of your IT expenses. We offer three plans: Base, Enhanced, and Complete

Choose the level of support you need, from 24/7 monitoring and preventative maintenance to network patches and support personnel to complete network management, where we serve as your full-time IT department. A Rocket IT representative will assist you in choosing the plan that’s right for you.

Supplement your IT Staff: You are comfortable with your established in-house IT support. This is fine with us as you can use Rocket Networks to supplement your current staff. Let your staff handle the day-to-day operations, while we handle issues like remote monitoring or patch management. We specialize in consulting for large-scale IT projects, rollouts, and upgrades.

Project-Based Support: With project based support, we can assist or lead specific, pre-defined projects, to achieve the results you are looking for. Whether you need data migrated, new server infrastructure, new applications installed, or additional project-based work, Rocket IT Services will complete your IT projects on time and within budget. Many projects are quoted with flat rate pricing and include detailed project plans to avoid extra costs.
    
Hourly Services: Rocket IT offers hourly support servicesr for System and Network engineers. Hourly services are beneficial for small clients who do not yet need fully managed IT services or larger clients who are looking for a backup to their internal IT department.
