The Rocket IT help desk provides support for your business, regardless of location. We are you first contact for hardware, software and network related issues. Your first and only call to the Rocket IT Help Desk will determine whether an issue can be dealt with immediately with remote support or onsite assistance is required.
Rocket IT Services help desk is based on the following telephone and email support:
Telephone Support: 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (PST) Monday – Friday
We make every effort to answer regular business hour calls immediately. If all available staff are on the phone calls are escalated and in worst case scenarios clients may leave a message for immediate call back.
Telephone Support: After hours
Calls received out of office hours will be forwarded to an on-call technician’s mobile phone and best efforts will be made to answer / action the call; however there will be a backup answer phone service.
Email support: Monitored 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday – Friday
Emails received during regular business hours will be responded to within 30 minutes.
Email support: After hours
Emails received outside of office hours will be collected, however no action can be guaranteed until the next working day.
